By accessing or using our platform, you unequivocally agree to the terms of this Policy. Please be advised that this Policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend it at any time. Your continued use of our platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy. This Policy is effective as of October 23, 2023.

In order to provide our users with an optimized and personalized service experience, we collect a range of information as follows:
a) Identifiers:
We collect a range of identifiers, such as your real name, any aliases you may use, postal address, telephone or mobile contact numbers, unique personal identifiers, online identifiers, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, and account name.
b) Personal Information Categories Listed in the California Customer Records Statute:
We collect personal information as outlined in the California Customer Records statute, which includes your name, contact information, education details, employment history.
c) Protected Classification Characteristics Under California or Federal Law:
While we respect the privacy of our users, we do not collect information relating to protected classification characteristics such as gender or date of birth.
d) Commercial Information:
We do not collect commercial information, such as transaction information, purchase history, financial details, or payment information.
e) Biometric Information:
PartyClick does not collect biometric information, such as fingerprints or voiceprints.
f) Internet or Other Similar Network Activity:
We do not collect information related to your internet or other network activity, such as your browsing history, search history, online behavior, interest data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements.
We could also use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other identifiers to automatically collect information about your device and your use of our platform. The information we collect includes IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device type, pages visited, and search terms used. g) Geolocation Data:
We do not collect geolocation data to provide you with location-specific services and offerings.
h) Audio, Electronic, Visual, Thermal, Olfactory, or Similar Information:
We do not collect audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information, such as images or audio, video, or call recordings created in connection with our business activities.

We collect professional or employment-related information, such as your business contact details, job title, work history, and professional qualifications if you apply for a job with us.

5.User Information Disclosure on PartyClick
Your public profile, customizable based on your preferences, is accessible to other users on the platform. This profile can include your name, any PartyClick badges awarded, and additional information such as a profile picture, bio, or social handles, all of which are viewable by other platform users. However, your phone number remains confidential and is only visible to you unless you choose to share it.
When you respond to event questionnaires or post content on the platform, you also share information with other users. Please note that some event hosts might be sponsors or marketing partners, and by RSVPing to their events, you agree to share your public profile and any questionnaire responses with them. They may use this information as per the limitations outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which also prohibit them from downloading user information for marketing purposes or contacting users outside the platform.
6. Data Retention Period
We will retain your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless the law requires a longer retention period. Your personal information will be kept for the period during which you have an account with us and no longer than necessary, except where extended retention is demanded or permitted by law. We retain anonymized data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, in compliance with Apple's guidelines and applicable laws. 7. Personal Information Security
We have put in place measures to protect your personal information, combining organizational and technical security measures. While we do our best to secure your information, it's important to note that no online transmission or storage technology is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties won't be able to breach our security measures. Therefore, transmitting personal information to and from our Services is done at your own risk.
8. Anonymized Data Handling:
We, at PartyClick, are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalized and valuable service. This Privacy Policy explains our data processing practices concerning anonymized data, especially when you choose to sign in with Apple.
We utilize Firebase Authentication for streamlined and secure user sign-in. Firebase complies with Apple's requirements for anonymized data handling. Our app collects and processes anonymized data to enhance user experience, analyze app performance, and for other internal purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared externally without your explicit consent.
9. Information Collection from Minors
Handling Data of Minors: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 or the parent/guardian of a minor using our Services with your consent. If we find out that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take steps to remove the data from our records. If you know of any data we may have collected from minors under 18, please contact us.
10. Account Management and Termination
You can review or change your account information or terminate your account by contacting us. Once you request account termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may keep some information to prevent fraud, resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, enforce our legal terms, and comply with legal requirements.

At PartyClick, we're committed to giving you control over the communications you receive from us. You have several options to manage your preferences and opt out of specific types of communications.
1. Text Message Opt-Out: Should you wish to discontinue receiving marketing communications via text messages, simply reply with the word "STOP" to any PartyClick SMS.
2. Online Activity and Device Tracking Opt-Out: If you prefer not to have your online activity and device data collected through our Services, you can manage this by blocking cookies within your web browser settings. Additionally, privacy plugins or web browsers with built-in privacy features can be utilized to block cookies and tracking elements. Please be aware that these settings are specific to each device and browser. Therefore, if you use multiple devices or browsers, you'll need to opt out on each one separately.
3. Email Opt-Out: To unsubscribe from our email communications, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any PartyClick email. Alternatively, you can send an email to no-reply@partyclick.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" to opt out of our email list. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your opt-out request to be processed.

12. Do-Not-Track Features and Procedures
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. However, as there is no standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you in an updated version of this privacy notice.

Right to request deletion of data
You can request the deletion of your personal information. If you make such a request, we will comply and erase your personal data, except when certain exceptions apply as per law. These exceptions include, but are not limited to, another user's right to free speech, our legal obligations, and any data processing necessary to prevent unlawful activities.
Right to Access and Portability: You may request details of the personal information we hold about you and request delivery of an electronic copy. Responses to access requests will be provided free of charge within 30 days.

- you may request correction of incorrect or irrelevant data, or ask to restrict its processing.
- you can appoint an authorized agent to make a ccpa request on your behalf. We may deny requests from agents who cannot provide valid authorization.
- you may request to opt out of the future sale of your personal data to third parties. We will comply with such requests within fifteen days of receipt.
